I Married My Best Friend....
For those of you who know, John and I overcame a lot of "obstacles" to celebrate our wedding day. We were married on October 25, 2005 and celebrated with our family and friends on January 27, 2007. It was a very special day for everyone because not only did we get to celebrate the love that John and I have for each other, but we celebrated the fact that I was finally better! Thanks to all of you that celebrated that special day with us!
Here's to 70 more!!

Milo The Murderer
It's true, this cute little face is that of a murderer. Well, I'm not exactly sure what happened, but here's the story for those of you who haven't heard it! When I arrived home from work last Thursday, I was greeted at the door by my adorable babies! Milo then proceeded to run over to the stairs and pick something up with his mouth. I didn't know what it was, so I bent down to get a closer look. It was a MOUSE. I didn't realize what it was until I saw the sick ass tail hanging out of my dog's mouth. Yes, he went from being my baby to a dog that fast! I freaked out and started screaming, mice terrify me. Milo just kept trying to show me his treasure. At that point, I wasn't sure if the thing was dead or alive. But I certainly didn't want it touching me. While Milo continued to chase me around the kitchen with it, I set off the alarm because I couldn't get to it to shut it off. I called my sister Amanda to come and save me and she just laughed and said, "what do you want me to do about it". Thanks Amanda for that!! Milo finally put the sick thing down and went upstairs to pout because I wasn't excited about his treasure. So I locked him and Barkley in my bedroom so they couldn't get to it again. I had to wait for John to get home from work to throw it out. There was no way in hell I was touching that thing. So, I'm not exactly SURE if he is a murderer because we had no signs of mice in our house. So there is a possibility that he found a dead mouse outside and brought it in. Milo is a little hunter, he killed a bird the summer before last and brought that in for me to see too. I had just had surgery on my foot so I was on crutches. John was golfing and had to come home to save me. He wasn't too happy with me! Milo is 100% boy, and it freaks me out!! If he ever brings a snake in the house, I swear that little dog is going to be punted across the house!! And then we will have to move!

Happy 27th John!!
Last Sunday John turned the big 27!! Saturday night we celebrated by going to Keys on Main. It was so much fun! We invited all of our favorite people to come! Thanks to all of you who could make it!! John's parents even joined us! The dueling piano players had John come onstage and embarrassed him so badly!! They had him dance to Madonna's Like a Virgin. It was hilarious. I recorded it all! John drank entirely too much, but what else are you supposed to do on your birthday?!! The next morning I had a massage scheduled for him. Just what he needed after a long night of drinking!! Sunday night we went to dinner with our families to celebrate John and my other favorite man's birthday, my Grandpa!! I hope you both had wonderful birthdays. I love you both so much!!

Happy New Year!
Wow, has it been a crazy month!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday Season. 2008 was such a great year!! I can't wait to see what 2009 brings! I'm hoping a vacation very soon, as this snow and cold season are going to be the end of me! I keep trying to talk John into moving somewhere warm but he keeps telling me no! Then I used my mad negotiating skills and said when we retire can we? He agreed to that!! Unfortunately, that is like 40 years away!!
This is what we woke up to on Christmas morning. The roads were horrible.
We got so much snow out in Herriman, it was horrible! Christmas was so fun though. We woke up extra early to go over to LeRoy and Krysti's to watch my adorable nieces open their presents. It made Christmas even more fun having the girls get so excited over everything they opened. It made me want to have kids now!! Not to mention, they are the cutest little things ever! Every outfit Hannah opened she had to put on. I've never seen a kid, especially a three year old get excited over clothes! She is going to be trouble for Jess and RJ!! Good luck with that guys!
Here is Hannah in one of her new outfits! She was too funny!
Madi loved her hippo we got her. When she opened it, she said, "now I have somting to sweep wif". Or now I have something to sleep with!
If you can't tell, I love my nieces!! They made me excited for when we have kids. It will make Christmas fun again. Not saying that Christmas isn't fun, but it will be more exciting and special when we have kids! I got John RockBand for Christmas. He told me he wanted it, so I bought it. Now he hates it and resents it because I'm addicted to it and make him play it!! Everyone that comes over, I make them play!! Let's just say that he took the game away from me the other night because I can't stop playing it! I made a special purchase for Ashley's Christmas present!! I bought her some Juicy earrings!! She loved them! I was so excited to give them to her!! Her reaction was priceless!!
Happy New Year everyone!! My resolution this year is to be happy!! I'm already very happy, but I'm going to eliminate things that don't make me happy! Too bad that won't work with snow, but here' s to hoping!! I love you all!!
